Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the WallPrint Now website. A wall-printing project becomes binding only when the customer and WallPrint Now approve a separate written quote or service agreement.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use site content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Quotes, mockups, and project approval
Website descriptions, examples, mockups, and initial estimates are informational and are not a binding offer. Final pricing, scheduling, artwork, dimensions, wall preparation, access requirements, payment terms, and other project details must be confirmed in writing. Site conditions discovered during an installation visit may require a revised scope or schedule.
Customer-provided content
You are responsible for having permission to use any artwork, photograph, logo, trademark, text, or other content you ask us to reproduce. You grant WallPrint Now permission to use submitted materials only as reasonably needed to evaluate, design, quote, and complete your requested project.
Intellectual property
The WallPrint Now name, branding, website design, copy, original graphics, and other site materials are owned by WallPrint Now or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to imply endorsement without written permission.
Third-party services
This website may link to email, messaging, social, hosting, mapping, payment, or other third-party services. Their availability, security, content, and terms are controlled by those providers.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallPrint Now does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every description or example will be error-free. WallPrint Now is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating solely to website use will be handled in an appropriate court serving Sacramento County, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
